| 摘 要： | 分析了内陆地区抗浮和防水设计水位的选取方法，以冀东南堡油田2#人工岛工程钻井放喷池抗浮和防水设计水位选取实例，提出了海洋人工岛抗浮和防水设计水位选取方法，并对其影响因素进行了分析。对于人工岛永久性构筑物，抗浮设防水位按岛面高程选取；而临时建筑物或施工期建筑物，可取岛面高程以下0.5～1.0 m。影响抗浮、防水设计水位的主要因素为人工岛的高程和降雨。
