| 摘 要： | 本基于目前高职院校“双师型”教师素质培养工作存在着的主要问题，论述了“双师型”教师的基本素质与能力的内涵。提出了“双师型”教师素质的标准和加强“双师型”教师素质培养工作的若干措施。
