| 摘 要： | 针对草甘膦合成反应和过滤两个主要工艺过程连续生产的需要，开发了一种集搅拌混合、反应、过滤、滤饼吹干、洗涤、鼓泡输送（排滤饼）等步骤一次性在一个密闭空间内完成的设备。提出了该设备的关键实现技术，包括设计技术指标、设备结构设计、工作流程设计、主要技术特征、技术经济指标。该设备具有操作简单、生产效率高、过滤精度高、自动化程度高及环境污染少等特点。
