脱硫枯草芽孢杆菌的筛选

摘    要:为了有效脱除石油及其产品中的有机硫,从天津大港油田被原油污染的土壤中驯化、分离出对二苯并噻吩具有一定脱除能力的枯草芽孢杆菌。该菌种可生长的pH范围是3-11,NaCl浓度27 g/L时可生长;在30℃,pH为7,NaCl浓度为10 g/L的条件下,生长状况较好。由油品的循环脱硫实验可知,该脱硫菌种可脱除催化裂化柴油中71.56%的硫,原油中67.22%的硫,可以直接应用于油品脱硫,有一定的实际应用价值。

Abstract:Bacillus subtilis Subsp, which can be used to remove dibenzothiophene, were acclima- ted and isolated from the soil polluted by petroleum in Tianjin Dagang Oilfield. Bacillus subtilis Subsp. could grow at pH 3-11 and NaCI concentration of 27 g/L, and it grows well under the condition of pH=7, the temperature of 30℃ and NaCl concentration of 10 g/L. The experimental cycle desulfurization results show that the Bacillus subtilis Subsp. has some removal effect for FCC diesel and crude oil. The desulfurization rate in FCC diesel and crude oil is 71. 56% and 67.22%, respectively. Bacillus subtilis Subsp. can be applied directly in the desulfurization of oils and has actual application value.
