高校工会处理劳动人事争议方法探究

摘    要:高校人事体制的改革使得劳动关系问题凸显,高校劳动纠纷和争议等事件时有发生,这严重阻碍着中国高校教育事业的发展。工会在处理高校劳动人事争议和对高校劳动人事纠纷进行有效调解方面的作用显得日益重要。分析了中国工会参与高校人事争议的情况,对高校工会处理劳动人事争议的方法进行探讨。

Abstract:Along with the reform of personnel system in universities, personnel problems have become increas- ingly important, which seriously hinder the development of China's higher education. The Union plays a more and more important role in the personnel dispute settlement in universities. This paper analyzes the chinese union's involvement in personnel dispute and discusses the union's countermeasures.
