摘    要:滩海油气开发灾害评估软件系统是采用面向对象思想开发的32位Windows应用程序.该系统以近10 a来国内外海洋结构物灾害分析及其安全评估领域所取得的研究成果为基础,可对滩海石油装备在波流、海冰、冲刷、碰撞、地震、爆炸和火灾等灾害进行安全评估.文章介绍了系统的开发背景,总体结构和功能.实例计算结果表明,计算数据与现场测试数据吻合.该系统可以提高滩海油气开发灾害评估的效率,还能减少因灾害发生的可能所带来的各种不必要损失,其工程应用前景广阔.

Abstract:Offshore platform disaster assessment system(OPDAS) is 32 bit windows application based on object-oriented design method and reaesrch of offshore platform disaster analysis and safety assessment in the recent ten years.The system can be applied to assess the disasters,such as wave,ice,typhoon,storm tide,earthquake,fire & explosion etc.The paper describes its design,implementation and some main assessment methods.OPDAS can deal with the data for disaster assessment in offshore oilfield effectively.The results indicate that the system is convenient for practical disaster assessment application,it can work well and the design of the system can meet the need of disaster assessment.Therefore,it is worthy of study and practicality in oil & gas exploitation engineering application of offshore oilfield.
