2006～2010年桐乡市哨点医院伤害监测资料分析

目的通过开展以哨点医院为基础的伤害监测,了解桐乡市伤害发生的特点,为有效地开展伤害预防控制提供依据。方法选取桐乡市3家伤害监测哨点医院,采用《浙江省医院急诊伤害监测病例登记表》对前来就诊的首诊伤害病例进行登记、分析。结果 2006～2010年共收集伤害64 692例,报告伤害例数逐年增加;患者男女性别比为1.66∶1;平均年龄(38.81±18.94)岁,年龄构成以15～44岁为主(51.9%);职业构成前3位分别是农/渔业劳动者(41.6%)、农民工(16.4%)和工人(13.9%);伤害发生主要地点分别为街道/城区(30.3%)、家(包括院子等29.5%)和工作场所(21.2%);前5位受伤原因分别为交通伤(38.3%)、跌落(20.4%)、钝器伤(12.0%)、动物伤(10.2%)及刺割伤(7.9%);伤害发生意图以非故意伤害为主(94.3%);轻微的表浅伤占到了59.5%,82.4%的患者在医院经过处理后回家。结论目前伤害已成为桐乡市严重的公共卫生问题,应针对不同伤害原因制定相应的预防干预措施。

Descriptive Analysis of Injury Surveillance Data from Monitoring Hospital from 2006 to 2010 in Tongxiang City

Objective To understand the characteristics of injury in Tongxiang city and provide the effective evidence for injury control and prevention.Methods The 《Zhejiang Hospital emergency injury surveillance case registration form》 were used to register new injury cases in 3 monitoring hospitals in Tongxiang,then the data was analyzed.Results Total 64 692 injuries were collected from 2006 to 2010.The number of injures increased year after year;the ratio of male vs female was 1.66∶1;the average age of injury cases was(38.81±18.94) years,and the cases aged 15-44 years accounted for the largest proportion(51.9%);three leading occupations were farmer/fisher(41.6%),migrant worker(16.4%) and worker(13.9);30.3% of injuries happened in urban streets,29.5% in home and 21.2% took place on working place;the top five main causes of injury were traffic accident(38.3%),falls(20.4%),blunt collision(12.0%),animal bites(1.43%) and puncture/cut injury(7.9%);Most injuries were unintentional ones(94.3%);The proportion of slight injury was 59.5%,and 82.4% of patients went home after treated.Conclusion Injury has been a serious public health problem in Tongxiang now,and the appropriate prevention and intervention strategies aiming at different injury causes should be applied.
