页岩气分段压裂完井工具初探

国外用于页岩气的水平井水力多段压裂技术比较成熟,采用其多段压裂工具勘探开发成本相对较高,而我国至今还没有形成成熟技术。简要介绍了国外具有代表性的威德福、哈利伯顿和贝克休斯公司用于页岩气井裸眼多级分段压裂相关工具及案例,并针对我国油气田的现状,设计了1趟管柱多级分段压裂系统方案。该方案采用自膨胀式封隔器+投球滑套的方式,管柱选用114.3 mm套管,此种完井方式相对于套管固井后再分段压裂的方式可大幅节约成本。试验结果表明,采用自膨胀封隔器完全可以满足国内页岩气开发的需求,多级分段压裂系统有望对国内页岩气水平井多段压裂的发展起到一定的促进作用。

Preliminary Research on the Completion Tool for Shale Gas Staged Fracture

The typical multi-level staged open-hole fracture tools for shale gas wells used by foreign companies such as Weatherford,Halliburton and Bakerhughes,together with the cases,were introduced.In light of the present situation of China’s oilfields and gasfields,the multi-level staged fracture system scheme for one-trip string was designed.The scheme adopts the mode of self-expanding packer and ball injection sliding sleeve.The 114.3 mm casing is selected as the string.This kind of completion mode can remarkably save the costs for staged fracture after casing cementing.The experimental findings show that adoption of self-expanding packer can completely meet the needs of domestic shale gas development.The system is expected to promote considerably the development of domestic shale gas horizontal well multistage fracture technology.
