基于钢管旋转的纵向伤高速漏磁检测方法

摘    要:提出了一种基于钢管旋转的纵向伤高速漏磁检测方法,分析了该方法的检测系统。通过变换钢管直线前进为螺旋前进,简化了纵向检测系统结构,提高了系统可靠性。优化了系统的极靴,实现了对任意钢管的通用,减小了磁化盲区。根据周向磁化的有效磁化区,首次采用周向多探靴布置,延长了扫查螺距。运用数控技术,缩短了更换钢管规格的时间,提高了检测效率。采用组态、传感和网络技术,提高了钢管高速漏磁检测设备的实用性能。现场应用结果表明,相比现有的检测装置,该检测方法和系统具有配置简单、成本低廉、端部盲区小和适应高速检测要求等特点。

Abstract:The steel pipe rotation-based magnetic leakage detection method was proposed so as to achieve the detection of vertical defect in steel pipe.The design method for this detection system was analyzed.The vertical detection system structure was simplified by means of changing the linear advance of steel pipe into helical advance,thus improving the reliability of the system.The system pole shoe was optimized,the universal use of any steel pipe was achieved and the blind area of magnetization was reduced.According to the effective area of circumferential magnetization,the circumferential multi-detection shoe arrangement was adopted for the first time.As a result,the scanning pitch was improved.The numerical control technology was applied to shorten the time of specification replacement and improve the detection efficiency.The technology of configuration,sensing and networking was adopted to improve the practical performance of the detection system and thus simplify the operation.The field application shows that compared with the existing steel pipe straight-advancing vertical detection system,the detection method and system in question are characterized by simple configuration,small blind area at the end and strong adaptability to the requirement of high speed detection.
