酒精依赖初期患者心理健康状况及其影响因素分析

目的 探讨酒精依赖初期患者心理健康状况及其影响因素,为临床心理干预提供依据.方法 将50例男性酒精依赖患者设为研究组,抽取同期男性健康体检者50名设为对照组,采用症状自评量表、艾森克个性问卷、社会支持评定量表和应对方式问卷对两组进行测评分析.结果 研究组症状自评量表总分及各因子分,艾森克个性问卷神经质、掩饰性维度评分和应对方式问卷自责、幻想、退避因子分显著高于对照组(P＜0.05或0.01),社会支持评定量表总分及客观支持、支持利用度维度评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 酒精依赖初期患者心理健康水平较低,精依赖的发生与社会支持、应付方式等心理社会因素有关,在进行药物脱瘾治疗的同时积极开展有针对性地心理干预,对促进患者的心理康复具有重要意义.

Mental health status and influencing factors in primary alcohol dependence patients

Objective To explore the mental health status and influencing taetors in primary alcohol dependence patients in order to provide basis for clinical mental intervention. Methods Fifty male alcohol dependence patients were assigned to research group and 50 selected contemporaneously healthy examinees to control group, assessments were carried out with the Symptom Checklist-90 （ SCL-90）, Eysenck Per- sonality Questionnaire （EPQ） ,Social Support Rating Scale （SSRS） and Coping Style Questionnaire （CSQ） in both groups. Results The total and each factor＇s score of the SCL-90, N and L sore of the EPQ as well as self-blame, fantasy and withdrawal score of the CSQ were significantly higher （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and the total, objective support and support availability of the SSRS lower （P〈0.01） in research than control group. Conclusion Mental health levels in primary alcohol dependence patients are lower, the development of alcohol dependence is related to such psychosocial factors as social support, coping styles and so on, purposeful mental intervention during drug withdrawal treatment has great significance for promoting patients＇ mental recovery.
