原发性肺癌血中检测sFas的临床价值

目的：探讨sFas在原发性肺癌中的表达及其临床价值。方法：应用ELISA检测40例原发性肺癌标本及30例良性病变中sFas的表达情况。结果：在不同病理类型中sFas表达差异显著（P〈0．05）；在不同TNM分期中：Ⅰ期与Ⅱ期、Ⅰ期与Ⅲ期，sFas表达差异显著（P〈0．05）。在Ⅱ期与Ⅲ期表达差异不显著（P〉0．05）。结论：sFas升高有利于肺癌逃避免疫攻击，有利于其浸润与转移。

Clinical Significance of Measurement of Serum sFas Levels in Patients with Primary Lung Carcinoma

Objective To study the clinical significance of changes of serum sFas levels in patients with primary lung carcinoma. Methods Serum sFas levels were measured with ELISA in dO patients with primary lung carcinoma and 30 patients with benign lung disorders. Results Serum expressions of sFas in patients with hmg carcinoma were significantly higher than these in patients with benign hmg disorders （P〈0.05）. Among the 40 patients with lung carcinoma, serum sFas expressions in patients with adenocarcinoma （n =99） were significantly higher than those in patients with squamons cell carcinoma （n = 18） （P 〈0.05）. With regard to the stage of the disease, serum sFas expressions in stage I patients were significantly lower than those in stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ patients （P 〈0.05）, while differences between expressions in stage Ⅱad stage Ⅲ patients were not significant. Conclusion The higher serum sFas expressions in patients with lung carcinoma might play a protector role from Fas mediated apoptosis and favor the propagation of the disease process.
