甘肃会展中心建筑群项目的工程管理与控制

大型公共建筑项目具有投资规模大、专业种类多、施工工期紧、施工工序复杂等特点,工程管理难度非常大,如何做好大型公共建筑项目的工程管理与控制工作,已经成为困扰众多建设单位的难题。以甘肃会展中心建筑群项目为对象,探析以系统工程和项目群管理原理进行大型公共建筑项目工程管理与控制的有效模式,提出了具有甘肃会展中心建筑群项目特点的公共项目管控"八种做法",并对这"八种做法"在工程中的实施进行了阐述,旨在为大型公共建筑项目的设计、施工和管理人员提供一定的参考。

Project Management and Control of Gansu Convention and Exhibition Center Building Group Project

Large public construction projects have the characteristics of large scale of investment,professional variety,short in construction period and complicated construction process. Project management is very difficult,and how to conduct project management and project control for large public buildings has become a difficult problem for many construction units. Based on the case study of Gansu Exhibition Center buildings,this study explores effective modes in systems engineering and project group management with the principle of large public building group project management and control. The "eight approaches" for public project control is proposed,and its implementation in the project is discussed so as to provide some references for personnel of the design,construction and management of large public construction projects.
