摘    要:为扩展CSS-1110试验机数据采集系统软件的应用范围,用C语言进行软件开发,实现包括非单调的大塑性变形过程等各类试验数据的测试与处理。该软件在CSS-1110试验机上应用表明:运行稳定可靠,可缩短试验周期,提高效率,消除人为因素的影响,从而提高测试精度;与其它语言开发的采集系统相比,该软件的可扩展性和可移植性好。

Abstract:In order to expand the use of the datacollecting system for CSS 1110 electronic testing machine, a datacollecting and processing software is developed by using the C Programming Language. With the software, testing and processing of various data can be carried out, including large plastic process such as immonotonous process. The test with CSS 1110 electronic testing machine in the field of plastic working shows that the precision and efficiency of the testing can be improved and the time of the testing can be reduced and the functions are stable and reliable. As a result, the system software developed by the author has advantages over other datacollecting systems developed by using other computer languages in extendibility, transplantibility and functions.
