| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨闭合性胸部创伤的X线、CT表现及其诊断价值。材料与方法 作者对15例胸部损伤者进行X线平片、CT诊断,对X线平片与CT进行了对比分析。结果 CT表现肺挫伤14例,肺撕裂伤1例。X线平片漏、误诊4例。结论 CT能明确创伤病变的部位、性质、程度,其敏感性和特异性高,为临床诊断及处理提供较X线平片更多的信息和可靠依据,为胸部创伤重要检查方法之一。

| Abstract: | 15 cases of chest injury were diagnosed by chest radiographyand CT scanning and their results were compared each other. CTshowed contusion of the lung in 14 cases .laceration 1 case. The missed diagnosis of chest radiography were 4 cases,Weconclusion that character and degree of traumatic lesions were definitely diagnosed by CT,CTscans have high sensitivity and specificity ,CTcan provide more informations than X - ray plain film,So it is the most important method in the diagnosis of traumatic chest. |
