| 摘 要： | 当前,贫富差距拉大已日益突出,这有违于社会公正原则和共同富裕的目标。应当通过制度体系和政策功能,有效调整城乡差距、地区差距和灰色分配等既是局部又影响全局的问题,从而促进社会主义市场经济的健康发展。

| Abstract: | The gap between the rich and the poor is at present widening ever-increasingly, which goes against the goal of e-quality and mutual prosperity. Considerations must be taken into the problem, both partial and global, by making use of the functions of the systems and policies, bridging the gap between the townships and rural areas and between different regions, and regulating gray income allotment, so as to promote the healthy development of socialist market economy. |
