基于单片机同步发电机转子温度监控系统的设计

摘    要:采集发电机转子的电压和电流值,通过数据分析和计算输出发电机的转子温度值,是同步发电机转子间接测温的基本原理.介绍一种基于ADuc814单片机的同步发电机转子温度在线监测装置的总体结构、设计思想和关键技术.该装置对发电机转子运行状态在线监测具有重要作用.模拟实验表明,该装置运行安全可靠,此设备操作简单、界面友好、性能优良.

Abstract:Rotor temperature of large generator is indirectly obtained by analyzing and calculating the voltage and current values acquired from the rotor.A monitoring system which is specially developed for the measurement was presented.The main structure,design ideas and key techniques of the monitor were expounded.The monitor plays an important role in on-line monitoring of the operating rotors.The experimental results show that this monitor exhibits good performance.
