| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍国内外柔性制造系统(FMS)所采用的夹具系统,其中包括通用夹具、专用夹具、成组夹具及组合夹具,并指出组合夹具为工业化国家目前FMS普遍采用的夹具系统;同时文章着重介绍了柔性数控改夹紧装置,对其结构、工作原理及特点作了较为详尽的描述.该装置由于可以节省价值较为昂贵的交换工作台和具有较大的柔性而成为FMS及自动化车间的工件夹持系统.组合夹具和柔性数控改夹紧装置将是FMS夹具系统的发展方向.

| Abstract: | This paper offers a brief introduction of a clamping system, widely used in flexible manufacturing system (FMS) at home and abroad, among which including general clamping apparatus, special clamping apparatus, group clamping apparatus and built-up clamping apparatus ,and points out that the built-up clamping apparatus is a clamping apparatus widely used in FMS in industrial countries today. At the some time, the paper emphatically introduces a flexible numerical control clamping device, structure, principle of operation and specialities in details. Without using the more expensive change table, and with it's flexibility, this device has a clamping work system for FMS and automatic shop. The built-up clamping apparatus and flexible numerical control clamping device will have a promising future for FMS. |
