旋喷泵叶轮内的准三元流动计算

摘    要:采用任意准正交面方法求解旋喷泵叶轮内准三元流场.通过同时求解沿准正交面与S_1S_2流面交线方向的速度梯度方程和沿流线方向的能量方程求得了旋喷泵叶轮内的准三元解,指出了旋喷泵内准三元流动的流场分布特点是叶片工作面速度先减小后增大,叶片背面速度先增大后减小,叶轮流道中的空间流线从进口到出口逐渐变密,明确了叶轮设计时应注意的问题。

Abstract:The solution of qtiasi-3D flow field insied the impeller of the roto-jet pump ispresented in this paper based on the method of quasi-orthogonal surface. Quasi-3D Solutionsare obtained by solyivg the veloeity quasi-orthogonal surface and S_1,S_2 flow surface and theenergy equatiOnw on streamline. It is painted out that flow field characteristics of quasi-3Dflow inside the impeller of the roto-jet pump are such that the veloeity decreases at first andthen incresses on the working face of the blade. and,on the contrary,the velocity inereasesat first and then decreases on back face of the blade. The spatial stresmline becone gradullydenser from inlet to outlet Some remarks on the impeller design is also poinled out clearly.
