HY-G型细纱摆管机的应用实践

摘    要:为了减少用工、降低工人的劳动强度,介绍了HY-G型细纱摆管机的工作原理、优势及速度优选;并通过加装4个导流板解决了提升带与分流挡板之间易卡管、掉管的问题;指出改进后的摆管机提高了工作效率,保证了摆管质量,降低了劳动强度和生产成本,消除了人工摆管的不确定性因素,当摆管机转速为250只/min时,正管率达99%,综合效果最佳。

Abstract:In order to reduce labor cost and labor intensity,introduction is made to the work-how of the tube laying device HY-G for spun yarn including the advantage and the optimization of the working speed. Through addition of the 4 guiding plates, the tube stuck, tube splip are avoided in the area of the lifting belt and the shunt plate. Conclusion is made that the modified tube laying device increases the work efficiency with higher quality of tube laying and lower labor intensity and production cost, without the disadvantage of the manual operation. When the speed of tube laying reaches 250 sets per minute,the yield is up to 99%, with the best comprehensive result.
