| 摘 要： | 辨析城市生态危机的产生根源,对于实施城市生态调控,引导城市可持续发展具有重要意义。从生态承载力的主体——自然资本及其生态服务的公共物品特征和外部性出发,深入分析了以生态承载力超阈限利用为表征的城市生态危机的经济学根源,以使进一步制定的生态调控策略有的放矢,保证调控的有效性。
