| 摘 要： | 提出“多因素综合评价法划分征地区片”的主要思想和技术路线；以晋江市征地区片价测算中征地区片划分为例，验证了此方法．试验结果表明：在征地区片价测算中，“多因素综合评价法划分征地区片”是一种测算便捷、结果实用的好方法．

| Abstract: | The paper puts forward the main idea and technical line of multi-factor synthetic appraisement. The method, verified by the block in Jinjiang city, proves to be scientifically reliable, simple and practical. |
