安徽省结核病防治规划实施四年情况分析

目的了解2001~2004年安徽省结核病防治规划贯彻执行情况,发现存在的问题和困难,提出防制策略,为政府决策提供科学依据。方法采用统一方案和调查表,对规划实施单位规划实施情况进行调查,并结合2004年各市县结核病规划季报表进行分析。结果2004年各级政府制定结核病防治规划的占85.3%。2001~2004年各级政府结核病防治经费到位率分别为27.1%、34.9%、45.6%、43.4%。95.1%的卫生行政部门将结核病防治工作纳入卫生工作考核目标。2001~2004年共发现涂阳肺结核病人36 375例,占规划2001~2004年规划目标任务的79.2%。结论进一步加强结核病防治工作尤其是落实政府对结核病防治工作的承诺刻不容缓。

Evaluation on Implementation Situation of AnHui Provincial TB Control Programme from 2001 to 2004

Objective To evaluate the implementation situation of TB control programme and to identify the constranints and difficulties in order to provide the scientific evidences for policy marks.Methods The administration of the project was investigated with the same method and questionnaire.The data and report materials from prefectures and counties were analyzed.Results 85.3% of the governmemts had developed the TB control programme plans in 2004.Payment rates of TB control funds were 27.1%,34.9%,45.6%and 43.4% in 2001,2002,2003 and 2004 respectively.95.1% of the health administrative sectors had put TB control into health agenda.36375 TB patients with smear positive had been detected from January 2001 to December 2004,accounted for 79.2% of case finding target.Conclusion Pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and control evaluation
