杨木乙醇木素型造纸湿强剂的合成及应用

摘    要:用羟甲基化杨木乙醇木素与PAE树脂进行接枝共聚,制备木素型造纸湿强剂。通过正交试验确定了羟甲基化木素的用量、pH值、反应温度、反应时间等工艺条件对改性反应的影响程度。研究结果表明,当羟甲基化木素质量分数为40%、pH值为8.5、反应温度为45℃、反应时间为3 h时,添加该改性物纸页的湿抗张强度保留率为33.67%,湿耐破度保留率为46.09%,与PAE添加效果相近,满足纸页湿强度的要求。通过红外光谱验证羟甲基化木素与PAE树脂经反应发生了交联,PAE以醚键和苯基酰胺结构连接到木素大分子上。

Abstract:A new wet strength agent of paper was produced by graft copolymerizing the hydroxymethylated lignin from aspen ethanol pulping and the polyamide-polyamine epichlorhydrin(PAE) resin.The dose dependent of hydroxymethylated lignin,pH value,reaction temperature and time on modified reaction was optimized.When the dosage of hydroxymethylated lignin was 40%,pH value was 8.5,reaction temperature was 45 ℃ and reaction time was 3 h,the remained wet tensile strength and wet bursting strength was 33.67% and 46.09% respectively,which is approximated to the effect of PAE.The IR spectrum indicated the cross-linkage between the hydroxymethylated lignin and PAE,and PAE is connected on the lignin in the form of ether and phenyl-amide linkage.
