| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗不孕不育疾病的临床效果.方法:回顾性分析我院2016年6月~2016年11月收治的不孕不育患者40例的临床资料,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规输卵管插管通液治疗;观察组采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果:观察组通畅率为95%,对照组通畅率为75%,观察组患者的通畅率显著优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05).观察组患者的受孕率显著高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:宫腔镜下输卵管插管通液用于治疗不孕不育疗效显著,能明显改善输卵管阻塞情况,提高受孕率和生活质量,值得在临床中普及运用.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of hysteroscopic tubal intubation in the treatment of infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 40 infertile patients admitted in our hospital from June 2016 to November 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with conventional tubal intubation.The patients were treated with hysteroscopic tubal intubation and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The patency rate was 95% in the observation group and 75% in the control group.The patency rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).The conception rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic tubal cannula for the treatment of infertility significantly,can significantly improve the tubal obstruction,improve the pregnancy rate and quality of life,worthy of clinical use in the popular. |
