摘    要:依据GB 4789.2-2010《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验菌落总数测定方法标准》,通过对蓝莓酒中菌落总数的测量结果,对不确定度的因素进行评估,研究了测量不确定度对细菌总数检验过程准确性的验证。

Abstract:In accordance with the national standard GB 4789.2-2010,national standard for food safety,food microbiology detection and standard for total colony number detection,the factors which affect uncertainty of total colony count in blueberry wine detection was evaluated.Furthermore,the accuracy of total bacterial colony detection process which was affected by uncertainty was verified.
