| Abstract: | This paper analysed the reasons for low rate of experiment equipment,expounds and proves the relationship between raising utilizing rate of experiment equipment and such aspects as management of wholly open of laboratories,dredging the channel of equipment circulation,and strengthening the management of workers in laboratory,puts forward effective ways of raising utilizing rate of experiment equipment,and briefly narrates the basic meaning of opening management of laboratories. |
