摘    要:吸振器是振动控制的重要手段,在汽车NVH设计中得到广泛应用。在某车型开发过程中,发现在特定频率下,由于频率耦合产生了较大的轰鸣声。为解决这一问题,通过对整车的车内噪声测试,确定了安装吸振器的位置。然后,基于振动理论建立吸振器数学模型,推导出单自由度动力吸振器的解析解,并采用Lms.Test.lab和MATLAB软件对吸振器质量参数进行设计。并通过有限元进行初步验证和优化,根据计算结果,制作动力吸振器并应用于某车型的研发中。整车实验测试结果显示,安装吸振器后,汽车振动噪声皆有了显著改善,整车的NVH特性得到提高。

Abstract:The vibration absorber is an important means for the vibration control, which has been widely used in the NVH design of automobile. In the developing process of a vehicle, a greater roar has been found at a specific frequency for the frequency coupling .To solve this problem, this paper determine the position where the vibration absorber should be installed through the vehicle noise test. Then, the mathematical model of the vibration absorber is established based on the vibration theory, and the analytical solution of the single free degree vibration absorbers is formulated. The quality parameters of vibration absorbers are designed by using MATLAB and Lms.Test.lab. According to the results, vibration absorber are made and applied in the development of a vehicle. The vehicle experimental results show that, vibration noise has been significantly improved with the installation of vibration absorber, and the NVH characteristic of the vehicle is also improved.
