《工程管理》课程教学模式改革的认识与实践

摘    要:探讨了本科生课程《工程管理》课堂教学方法与学生学习兴趣、学习积极性以及教学质量的相互关系。实践证明,增加工程项目管理案例分析的内容,结合工程项目管理案例分析,引导学生思考,开展课堂讨论,既有助于引发学生对该课程学习的兴趣和积极性;又有利于加深学生对工程管理的基本概念、基本理论和方法的理解、吸收和消化,从而显著地提高教学质量。

Abstract:The relationship between classroom teaching methods and study interest,study enthusiasm of students as well teaching quality was investigated in the present paper.The practice results showed that adding the content of case analysis in engineering project management,guiding students to thinking and carrying out class room discussion will be helpful to initiate the interest and enthusiasm of the students to courses study,and will be beneficial to deepen the understand,absorption and digestion of students to basic concept,foundation theory and methods.Consequently,the teaching quality will be improved outstandingly.
