摘    要:采用手工研磨法制备了不同粒度的Tb0.2Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.88-xC0.05Bx合金粉末,研究了磁粉粒度和不同模压压力对磁致伸缩系数λa(=λ∥-λ⊥)和密度的影响。研究结果表明,在相同模压压力和相同粘结剂含量下,当磁粉粒度为150~100μm时,样品具有最优越的磁致伸缩性能;磁致伸缩系数先随模压压力的增大而增大,当压力达到150 MPa时,磁致伸缩系数达最大值,然后随模压压力的进一步增大,磁致伸缩系数开始减小;粘结样品的密度随模压压力的增加呈单调增加。

Abstract:The different particle sizes of Tb0.2 Pr0.8(Fe0.4Co0.6)1.88-xC0.05 Bx alloy powder were prepared by manual grinding.The effects of powder size and moulding pressure on the magnetostriction λa(=λ∥-λ⊥) and density were studied.The result shows that the rod samples with particle sizes of 150~100 μm exhibit the superior magnetostriction on the same preparation condition;the magnetostriction increases with increasing of molding pressure up to 150 MPa,then decreases with the molding pressure further increasing and the density of bound samples increasing with increasing of molding pressure.
