| 摘 要： | 利用微波水热法合成了超细ＴｉＯ２粒子。结果表明，微波水热法能克服传统反应方法中因温度梯度和搅拌剪切力导致粒子尺寸分布不均匀和团聚严重的现象，是一种制备超细、均匀、单分散ＴｉＯ２粒子的较理想的方法。
