电磁继电器电测失效分析技术研究

摘    要:阐述了电测失效分析技术,利用该技术分析了在工程上失效的电磁继电器的主要失效模式及失效机理,并根据失效机理提出了可靠性改进措施。结果表明,电测失效技术在一定程度上可缩小故障隔离区,提高失效分析的效率。

Abstract:An electronic-test failure analysis technology was proposed.With it electromagnetic relays which were failed in engineering were analyzed and the reliability improved measurements of electromagnetic relay were proposed based on the failure mode and failure mechanism.The result indicated that the electronic-test failure anal-ysis would reduce the field of failure isolation in some degree and increase the efficiency of failure analysis.
