| 摘 要： | 随着我国基础设施建设及现代化建设的不断完善,建筑业市场的竞争日益激烈,而先进而有效的建筑工程技术管理,无疑在建筑行业起到了重要作用。针对在管理过程中存在的问题具体分析,继而从落实责任,培养优秀人才、检查监督等方面提出有针对性的改进措施,旨在为此行业日后发展打下坚实的基础。
