B超探讨排卵期及受孕时间与月经周期的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨排卵期及受孕时间与月经周期的关系。方法:应用B超对76例育龄妇女92个月经周期进行卵泡发育监测,观察排卵期,测其孕囊大小来推测受孕时间。结果:排卵期及受孕时间与月经周期的关系表现为:排卵期为月经周期减14天。孕囊平均直径(mm)=停经天数-月经周期+5。结论:在一个规律的月经周期内,卵泡发育成熟时间与月经周期长短成正比,而黄体期则比较恒定,基本上为14天。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relation between the ovulation phase, the time of pregnancy and the menstrual cycle using B mode ultrasonography. Methods Monitor the growth of follicle in 76 cases of the reproductive women, in 92 menstrual cycles, observing the ovulation phase, measure the gestational sac to conclude the time of pregnancy. Results The relationship between the ovulation phase,the time of pregnancy and the menstrual cycle show that the ovulation phase is the menstrual cycle minus 14 days. The average diameter of the gestational sac is the days of stopping menstruation minus menstrual cycle and plus 5. Conclusion Within a regular menstrual cycle,the time for the growth and mature of follicle is direct proportion with time of menstrual cycle. The luteal phase is always constant, usually 14 days.
