摘    要:以红阳猕猴桃(ACtinidia chinensis cv.Hongyang)茎段作为外植体进行愈伤组织诱导、不定芽分化和生根培养,建立高技的猕猴桃快速繁殖途径.结果表明,茎段极易产生愈伤组织,在MS+0.8 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L NAA培养基中,愈伤组织诱导所需时间短、出愈率高,不定芽的出芽率高、生长健壮;以1/2 MS为基本培齐基,添加0.5 mg/L IBA对不定芽生根较为有利,生根率达到93.33%.

Abstract:A stable and efficient in vitro rapid propagation system of Actinidia chinensis cv.Hongyang was established using the stem segments as explants for callus induction,proliferation of adventitious buds and rooting.The results indicated that callus formation of stem segments of A.chinensis was easy.When callus induction and differentiation medium was MS+0.8 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L NAA,it was with short induction time,high callus induction rate and adventitious buds sprouting rate;and the growth was well.1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L IBA was good for rooting with a rooting rate of 93.33%.
