| 摘 要： | 目前中国蔬菜市场基本饱和,蔬菜产业发展进入了提高质量的阶段.为了研究影响菜农安全蔬菜生产行为控制的因素,依据湖北省嘉鱼县202户菜农的入户调查情况,运用偏相关系数和典型变量模型分析了菜农安全蔬菜生产行为与蔬菜交易环境之间的关系.结果表明,改善蔬菜的交易环境可以增强菜农安全蔬菜生产行为控制.基于此,简要提出了以改善安全蔬菜交易环境为目的的建议.

| Abstract: | At present,China vegetable market was basically saturated,and the development of vegetable industry was in the phase of improving the quality.In order to study the influences of farmer vegetable production behavior control factors,based on the Hubei province Jiayu county’s 202 vegetable farmers household survey,the relationship between the farmer vegetable production behaviour and the vegetable trading environment was analyzed using partial correlation analysis and canonical variables model analysis.The results showed that improving vegetable trading environment could enhance the vegetable security production behavior.Based on this,suggestion of improving the vegetable trading environment was proposed. |
