摘    要:心率变异性分析在临床应用上发挥着重要的作用。针对现有心率变异性分析系统体积庞大、功耗较高、价格昂贵等问题,设计了一种基于高集成度心电信号检测和处理片上设备BMD101模块的心率变异性分析系统。首先通过BMD101模块采集人体心电信号,并转化成数字信号,然后通过串口送给计算机处理。计算机首先对心电数据进行预处理,提取出RR间期数据,然后进行时域和频域分析,获得所需要的心率变异性主要参数。实际测试结果表明:本系统采集的心电信号准确、稳定、噪声少,时域频域分析结果准确、可靠,且系统功耗低、体积小,能够实现基本的心率变异性分析功能,可满足临床便携式心率变异性分析设备的需求。

Design of Heart Rate Variability Analysis System Based on BMD101
Abstract:Heart rate variability analysis plays an important role in clinical application. According to the great size,high power consumption and expensive of the existed heart rate variability analysis system,a new heart rate variability analy-sis system was designed based on the highly integrated ECG signal detection and processing chip BMD101 module. First of all,human ECG signal was collected and transformed into digital signal by the BMD101,and then it transmit-ted to computer though the serial port to the computer. In computer,we preprocessed ECG data and extracted RR in-terval data firstly, and then analyzed the data in time domain and frequency domain in order to obtain the parameters of heart rate variability. The experimental results indicate that the ECG signal collected by this system is accurate,sta-ble and less noise,and the HRV analysis results are accurate and reliable. Moreover,the system has obvious advantag-es of low power consumption, small volume and can achieve the basic function of heart rate variability analysis, so it can meet the needs of clinical portable heart rate variability analysis equipment.
