摘    要:在100%负荷和75%负荷工况下,调整锅炉运行氧量、锅炉配风方式,再进行一次风压试验,可获得锅炉经济运行方式.试验结果表明,锅炉燃烧调整得到了优化,锅炉效率也提高了.运行实践表明,掌握锅炉燃烧的最佳运行方式和各种影响因素变化的规律,对于锅炉的安全、经济运行有重要意义.

Abstract:The economical mode of operation of the boiler is obtained by adjusting the operation oxygen of the boiler and its mode of air distribution as well as implementing the primary air pressure test under 100%and 75%load conditions.The test results show that the combustion adjustment of the boiler is optimized and its efficiency is improved.The operation practice shows that the grasp of both optimum mode of operation of the combustion of the boiler and change rules of different influencing factors is of great significance for safe and economical operation of the boiler.
