涂料循环对色差的影响

摘    要:结合现场实际发生的某颜色在系统循环1周后色差变化问题,从效应颜料排列角度出发,分析了效应颜料大小及排列对色差的影响机理,以及影响效应颜料排列的4种作用机理;通过上述分析,得出该涂料中树脂对效应颜料的固定作用减弱为导致循环稳定性差的根本原因,通过增加蜡液,彻底解决了上述问题.

Abstract:Combined with the actual color difference change of a color system after one week of circulation on site and from the perspective of effect pigment,the influence mechanism of different effect pigment size and orientation on color difference and four action mechanisms affecting the effect pigment orientation were analyzed.Through the above analysis,it is concluded that the weakening of the fixing effect of resin on effect pigment was the root cause of the poor circulation stability.The above problem was completely solved by adding wax liquid.
