| 摘 要： | 组合夹具是制造业中重要的工艺装备，它能影响工件生产的质量，为了提高了设计质量和效率，构造了一种方便组合夹具设计和管理的虚拟组合夹具站系统。该系统以asp．net为平台，在此平台上建立了基于SolidWorks的组合夹具设计模块和利用SQL Server2000创建的组合夹具及元部件信息管理模块。同时，还借助Visual C＋＋6．0和Solid Works的API函数对SolidWorks2000进行了二次开发，使设计人员能够方便、快捷的完成组合夹具的设计。

| Abstract: | Fixture design is an important manufacturing activity which affects the quality of parts produced.In order to improve the efficiency and quality of modular fixture design,We built a visual Group Fixture Station system which make clamp design and managing more convenient.It include a assembled clip design module with SolidWorks and assembled clip components management module with SQL Server2000 based on asp.net.We also provide a convenient and fast design software that can improved the qulity and efficiency of fixture design.This paper also studies the second development of SolidWorks2000 based on Visual C++6.0. |
