起重机油气悬挂系统刚度特性仿真与试验对比分析

摘    要:为了验证液压油缸与蓄能器组成的油气悬挂系统刚性的非线性特性,将某起重机油气悬挂的液压系统作为研究对象,建立油气悬挂系统的刚度计算数学模型,并借助MATLAB作出了刚度变化曲线;在不同试验工况下进行刚度特性分析和比较,指出了理论模型与试验结果的差距,验证了油气悬挂系统的刚度变化趋势,对深入分析油气悬挂系统的其他性能具有借鉴意义。

Comparison and Analysis between Simulation and Experiment for Stiffness Characteristics of Crane Hydro pneumatic Suspension System
Abstract:In order to verify the nonlinear characteristics of the hydraulic cylinder and accumulator, the hydraulic system of crane hydro pneumatic suspension was studied as the object of study. The mathematical model of stiffness for hydro pneumatic suspension system was established and some stiffness curves were made with the help of MATLAB.Stiffness characteristics under different experimental conditions were analyzed and compared . The gap between theoretical model and experimental results was pointed out.The stiffness variation trend of hydro pneumatic suspension system is verified,which provides reference significance for other performance analysis of hydro pneumatic suspension system.
