| 摘 要： | 粘性压力成形 (Viscous Pressure Forming)是新近出现的一种先进的板材加工工艺。本文根据粘性成形的特点研制出一台结构新颖、操作简单、控制精确的粘性压力成形专用液压机。该液压机采用可编程控制器 (PC)对液压系统进行控制 ,实现执行部件的精确定时、定位 :采用电磁比例溢流阀精确控制介质出口的阻尼压力 ,而且通过单片机作为可编程控制器 (PC)的模入单元 ,可设定控制缸背压曲线 ,实现对模腔不等静压的控制。

| Abstract: | Viscous pressure forming (VPF)is a new advanced process for sheet forming According to its characteristics a special hydraulic machine with novel structure,convenient operation and high controlling accuracy is designed in this paper The hydraulic system of the machine is under control of a programmable controller ,which enables the accurate settings of running time and location of the executive parts;and three proportional electro-hydraulic relief valves are used for the control of counter pressure at the ports of viscous medium with the aid of a computer the curve of the counter pressure can be accurate set making the control of pressure in the female die cavity possible |
