| 摘 要： | 目的针对健康体检管理实施服务流程优化分析,旨在完善护理模式,提升健康体检效率。方法进行健康体检活动的研究对象共120例,将其随机分为对照组及观察组,每组60例,对照组采用传统服务模式,观察组采用护理流程优化模式,对比两组体检对象对护理效果的满意程度。结果观察组对护理满意程度（100.00%）明显优于对照组（73.33%）,体检时间更短且评价更优。结论在健康体检中实施优化护理流程服务能够有效提升体检效率,适合在各院体检活动中推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze nursing service process of health management to improve nursing mode, enhance the efficiency of health examination. Methods Divided 120 people for health examination into control group and observation group, the control group used traditional service mode, the observation group was treated with nursing process optimization mode, compared physical examination satisfaction on nursing effect of the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly better than the control group with short physical examination time and high evaluation. Conclusion Optimal nursing service process can effectively improve medical efficiency in health examination, so it is suitable for promotion in medical activities. |
