妇科腹腔镜术后下肢深静脉血栓的早期诊断及防治分析

目的探讨妇科腹腔镜术后并发下肢深静脉血栓的早期诊断及防治措施。方法将120例接受腹腔镜治疗的患者随机分为研究组和对照组。对两组患者发生下肢深静脉血栓情况进行比较,并对诱发下肢深静脉血栓发生的相关因素进行探讨。结果研究组中有4例患者发生了下肢深静脉血栓,发生率为6.67%,对照组有11例患者发生了下肢深静脉血栓,发生率为18.3%,对两组患者DVT发生率进行比较,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。研究组患者下肢深静脉血流速度为（25.5±3.4）cm/s,对照组患者为（19.1±2.2）cm/s,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论妇科腹腔镜术后易发生深静脉血栓,其发生与多种因素有关,对腹腔镜手术患者采取积极的干预措施可以预防深静脉血栓的形成,提高患者的生活质量。

Early Diagnosis and Prevention of Gynecological Laparoscopic Postoperative Deep Vie n Thrombosis

Objective To investigate the early diagnosis and prevention measures of gynecological laparoscopic postoperative complication of deep venous thrombosis .Methods 120 patients who underwent laparoscopic treatment were randomly divided into the study group and the control group .The deep venous thrombosis rate and the related factors to induce deep venous thrombosisoccurrence were compared .Results Deep venous thrombosis occurred in four cases of patients of study group , the occurrence rate was 6.67%.;there were 11 cases of patients with deep venous thrombosis in control group , the occurrence rate was 18 .3%, there had statistically difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.The deep vein blood flow velocity in patients of study group was （25.4 ±3.4） cm/s（19.1 ±2.2） cm/s in patients of control group and the difference had statistically significance （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion Gynecological laparoscopic surgery is prone to induce deep vein thrombosis , andsome effective interventions should be taken to prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis , improve the quality of life in patients with laparoscopic surgery .
