摘    要:以某货车主减速器轴承为研究对象,对其进行了力学分析,并在此基础上推导了动载荷和额定寿命的计算公式。基于VC#.NET技术开发了主减速器轴承设计计算和选型软件,该系统功能全面、人机界面友好,与传统的设计方法相比,提高了精度和效率。

Abstract:Taking main reducer bearing as research object,analysis on load of main reducer bearing is carried out,and the formulas is inferred for the calculation of dynamic load and rated life.Design and selection software of main reducer bearing is developed based on VC#.NET.The software function is comprehensive,and software surface is friendly.Compared with traditional design method,design precision and efficiency is improved.
