摘    要:分析了地铁ATC天线安装支架焊缝出现开裂和动应力较大现象的主要影响因素。采取改进设计ATC天线安装支架结构的方式,降低焊缝区域应力,提高ATC天线安装支架疲劳寿命。运用ANSYS进行了静强度和疲劳强度计算,根据静强度应力云图和疲劳强度Goodman曲线进行对比分析。分析结果表明:在同样加载条件下,改进后的ATC天线安装支架焊缝出现开裂和动应力较大处的最大应力大为改善。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the main influence factors of the weld cracking and bigger acting stress on ATE-antenna installing bracket. Reducing the stress of welding zone and increasing the fatigue life of installing bracket are achieved by the improvement design of the installing bracket. ANSYS software is used to do static strength calculation and fatigue strength calculation, contrastive analysis is made with static strength nephogram and fatigue strength curve. The results show that the maximum stress of the ATC- antenna installing bracket is improved largely by the improvement design.
