摘    要:唐山热电公司300 MW机组的干除灰系统在运行中出现过一些问题。为此介绍各种问题的现象,并提出处理方法。分析了料位高的原因,灰斗和仓泵组中出现焦块的原因,以及如何处理仓泵组和输灰管道阻塞,如何判断仓泵组漏气,如何调整仓泵组底部进气量的问题。

Abstract:The dry ash removal systems of the 300 MW boilers of Tangshan Thermal Power Co.Ltd.had several troubles in running.The paper introduces the appearances of the faults,and puts forward appropriate solutions.In this paper,listed below problems are analyzed:why ash-level too high;why there to be coke lumps in dust hopper and pressure vessels;how to treat the clog of pressure vessels and delivery lines;how to judge the leakage of pressure vessels;and how to adjust the inflow through pressure vessel bottom.
