摘    要:在邹县电厂330 MW 2号机组锅炉上进行了各个受热面吹灰试验,利用开发的基于锅炉运行热力参数的在线计算系统对试验过程中各受热面污染状况进行了实时监测.分析表明,在线监测系统能有效反映各受热面的污染状况,吹灰对各个受热面有不同影响.

Abstract:The sootblowing experiments were carried out on the heating surfaces of the 330 MW boiler in Zouxian Power Plant and the slagging characeristic of each heating surface was monitored in a real-time manner during the experiment using the on-line monitoring system based on the boiler's thermal operational parameters. Analysis shows that the on-line monitoring system can effectively reflect the slagging characteristic of the heating surfaces and the sootblowing exerts different influence on each heating surface.
