| Abstract: | Managing Supply Chain Inventory is quite different from manopng a department of a compa-ny.It is linked to the compicated relationship and uncertainty of different departments or companies. In thispaper, the analysis of the etisting problems in Supply Chain Inventory is given and som measun are depictedwhich can be used to improve the performane of Supply Chain Management to better serve the ultimate cus-tomers. |
