摘    要:本文自腹泻患儿粪便中分离155株大肠杆菌,经用PIH和Biken's两种方法对产肠毒素(LT)大肠杆菌的检测,检出率分别为8.3%和6.4%,远低于国外有关报道。实验用9株LT~+大肠杆菌的参考菌株经两种方法检测全部阳性。15株非产肠毒素肠道细菌,LT毒素检测均为阴性。PIH方法检测LT~+ETEC,在特异性和敏感性方面,均相当于放射免疫和基因探针技术,但更快速简便。

Abstract:This paper reports the detection of 155 strains E. coli from children with acute diarrhea. PIH assay was compared with Biken's test to identify LT+ETEC. The results obtained were 8.3% and 6.4% respectively, which were much lower than those reported abroad. The 9 reference strains of LT+ETEC detected by both methods were all positive, whereas the 15 strains of non-enterotoxin producing en-teropathogens were negative. The PIH assay showed specificity and sensitivity by comparison with gene hybridizable and RIA technique, and presented to be more was rapid and simpler in clinical practice.
