| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老鹳草抗小鼠胃溃疡的机制,为临床使用中药治疗无水乙醇型胃溃疡提供理论依据。方法该实验通过检查胃溃疡指数,检测血清中NO含量,测定胃黏膜中PGE2的含量,来观察老鹳草提取物对无水乙醇型小鼠胃溃疡模型的影响。结果老鹳草水提物组能明显降低溃疡指数(P<0.01),提高血清中NO含量(P<0.01);老鹳草醇提物组能明显提高模型小鼠胃黏膜中PGE2的含量(P<0.05)。结论老鹳草提取物可对抗无水乙醇型小鼠胃溃疡,其中老鹳草水提物抗溃疡作用优于醇提物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the active mechanism of Geranium wilfordii Maxim on anti-gastric ulcer induced by ethanol in mice.Methods The index of ulcer,the concentration of NO in serum and the level of PGE2 in gastric mucosa of mice were measured.Results Water extract of Geranium wilfordii Maxim remarkably reduced the index of ulcer(P<0.01),increased the concentration of NO in serum(P<0.01).The level of PGE2 in gastric mucosa increased(P<0.01).Conclusion Geranium wilfordii Maxim can alleviate the gastric ulcer in mice.The effect of water extract of Geranium wilfordii Maxim is better than that of ethanolic extract in the aspect of alleviating gastric ulcer. |
